Quiet Wins is a personal win tracking app. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Short version: We collect almost nothing. Everything stays on your device.

What We Collect

Data stored on your device only

All of the following is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. It never leaves your phone and is never sent to our servers:

Your daily wins (text and emoji you enter)
Your streak and win count
Your garden progress (plants, seasons, elders)
Your notification preferences
Your theme and sound preferences
Your in-app purchase status (unlocked scenes and palettes)

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email, or any personal information
We do not create user accounts
We do not track your location
We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs
We do not share any data with third parties

In-App Purchases

Quiet Wins offers optional one-time in-app purchases (Night & Space Bundle, Grove Palettes Bundle, Everything Bundle).

Purchases are processed by:

Google Play (Android) — governed by Google's Privacy Policy
Apple App Store (iOS) — governed by Apple's Privacy Policy

We use RevenueCat to manage purchase verification. RevenueCat may process your purchase receipt to verify entitlements. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

We do not store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Google or Apple.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, your chosen notification time is stored locally on your device only. Notifications are scheduled locally — they do not require a server connection and no notification content is sent to or from our servers.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. This permanently removes all your wins, garden progress, and settings.

Children's Privacy

Quiet Wins is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used this app, please contact us and we will ensure all local data is removed.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
